R. Blain Consulting will design Sound, Lighting, Rigging, and Video Projection systems for your venue and provide Schematic Drawings and Budgeting Estimates; working within your established budget, and producing situation parameters.

Once system designs and budgeting estimates are approved, R. Blain Consulting will develop a Specifications and Drawings Package appropriate for public bid, for all equipment purchases and installations your project requires. We will be present at any Pre-Bid Site Walks to answer questions, available to respond to RFIs from prospective bidders, and we will create and post addenda if required.

Once bids have been received, R. Blain Consulting will be available to participate in post-bid interviews with potential award-winning contractors, be available on location or online for pre-construction meetings, and be on location for all system start-ups, testing, and initial user training sessions.

Russ Blain holds an MFA in Theatrical Design with Emphasis in Lighting from The Ohio State University. He is also a Retired Professor of L:ighting & Sound Design & Technology.
